On October 28, 2025, the Unlocking Youth Potential (UYP) Mymensingh Center hosted a discussion meeting titled “Program on Empowering Young Women & Engaging with Disabilities in Health Reform-02.” Held under the theme “Building a Women-Friendly and Inclusive Bangladesh in the Light of Equality,” the event was chaired by Project Officer Resmina Haque and moderated by Youth Officer Sanjay Chandra Roy. The discussion featured key guests including Assistant Professor Nowrin Samanta Soumi from Anand Mohan College and Jahangir Alam from BRAC Mymensingh. Following a presentation on the importance of empowerment and inclusion, participants, including women and people with disabilities, shared their societal experiences, which fueled a dynamic discussion. Guest Nowrin Samanta Soumi emphasized the crucial role of education and awareness in ensuring diverse participation for a truly inclusive society.
