An Alumni Conference was organized Operajoy Tarunnya (UYP Project) Chittagong Center on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
The program was attended by the Youth Leaders who had participated in various awareness-raising events over the past eleven months, organized by the Operajoy Tarunnya (UYP) Project. They shared their diverse experiences and highlights in a very lively atmosphere. They also committed to remaining involved in the various creative activities of Operajoy Tarunnya in the future.
The conference was moderated by Youth Officer Annie Chowdhury. Speakers at the event included:

The speakers highlighted that for the past year, Operajoy Tarunnya has been implementing awareness-raising programs, especially focusing on health services for adolescents in various schools and communities across the city. As a result:

Adolescents have found answers to various health-related questions that were previously unknown to them.

The project helped them overcome hesitation and shyness regarding these sensitive topics.

Community-level awareness events also benefited men, women, and parents.

Furthermore, over the last year, events organized by Operajoy Tarunnya included marginalized groups such as people with disabilities, ethnic minorities (specifically Indigenous communities), and the third gender, bringing the issue of their inclusion to the forefront.

The Watchdog Group and Theater programs were utilized to highlight various social inconsistencies.
